A: My name is Yue, and I’m currently working in an architecture firm in D.C. I’m a staff architect.

Q: Are you a current Dyson Airwrap user?

A: Yes, actually I bought it when it came out.

Q: Do you like it?

A: I think it’s ok, I like it.

Q: Why did you want to purchase it at the beginning because we know that the price is a bit high?

A: I think the first reason (to purchase Dyson Airwrap) is the new technology. Like we all know, the traditional one is made from metal and uses high temperature to curve your hair, but we know this Dyson product uses the technology called Coanda Effect. So, it’s really new technology and I want to use it. And the second reason I think is the appearance. It’s really light and easy to carry. Also, the color attracts me a lot. I think the third reason is safety. We know that the temperature would not hurt you at all. So, comparing with the traditional one, it (traditional one) uses electrical and makes the metal really hot, you curve your hair. But this Dyson one uses Coanda Effect and it curves your hair, kind of automatically. It protects yourself. It protects the users. I think this is really considerable for the user.

Q: Would you continue using it in the future?

A: I think so, but there is one thing that I haven’t mentioned about is that I don’t think Dyson will keep my hair curves last long. I think, for myself, it usually exists like half day or maybe five or six hours. This is another thing I’m concerned about. And also I have lots of hair, the Dyson product, like every time I curve my hair, it feels that it takes forever for me. It’s too long, so I think maybe when I have enough time, it’s okay; if I have goo emotion to do that, okay I will use it, but never in weekdays. this’s my experience.
